If your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right — and cover return shipping. Just contact us with your order number and let us know what happened.
Most refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item. Your bank may take a few additional days to reflect the credit.
Note: Due to the personal nature of hair care products, we don’t accept returns on opened or used items unless they arrived damaged or defective.
